Is the academy's chief flight instructor, oversees the syllabus and instructor standards, and has trained pilots at SkyBridge for 11 years.

Runs the safety management system, investigations and regulator liaison, and came to SkyBridge four years ago from a major airline safety department.

Leads reservations, check-in and boarding teams at all ports and has managed passenger services for seven years.

Leads the Tamworth ramp team through turnarounds, marshalling and loading, and has worked airside at SkyBridge for eight years.
