Owns the safety management system, the hazard register, occurrence reporting and investigation, fatigue and drug and alcohol programs, the transport security program, internal audits and regulator liaison, and coaches managers so that safety risk is managed at the source rather than only reviewed afterwards.

Holds every occurrence, hazard, fatigue, security and dangerous goods report with its classification, investigation status and corrective actions.
Crew Training and Qualification Records
Tracks the qualifications, checks, endorsements, recurrent training and expiry dates of pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, instructors and students.
Ground Support Equipment Register
Lists every tug, belt loader, stairs, ground power unit and trolley with its inspection, defect and serviceability status at each port.
