Flight Operations
Plans, dispatches and flies every scheduled and charter sector safely and on time, manages crew rostering within fatigue limits, maintains the operations manual and standard operating procedures, and makes sure every pilot holds the qualifications, checks and recency the air operator's certificate requires.

Records every scheduled, charter and training movement with crew, aircraft, load, dangerous goods and turnaround details from planning to departure.
Crew Training and Qualification Records
Tracks the qualifications, checks, endorsements, recurrent training and expiry dates of pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, instructors and students.
Safety Reporting System
Holds every occurrence, hazard, fatigue, security and dangerous goods report with its classification, investigation status and corrective actions.
