Crew Training and Qualification Records
Tracks the qualifications, checks, endorsements, recurrent training and expiry dates of pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, instructors and students.
Safety Reporting System
Holds every occurrence, hazard, fatigue, security and dangerous goods report with its classification, investigation status and corrective actions.
Passenger Services and Assistance Requests
Records passenger bookings needing action: special assistance, unaccompanied minors, disruption rebooking, baggage issues and complaints.
